Most orders placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability, via Royal Mail or one of our couriers. Orders placed after 1pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the next working day.
Sometimes high seasonal demands (e.g. Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Christmas etc.) mean there may be a slight delay to the dispatch of your order. Please check our homepage for details and allow a little extra time for delivery.
As part of our Environmental Policy, to reduce waste we recycle as many cardboard boxes, packing chips and bubble wrap as possible. This means your parcel may arrive in a box that has printing on it, or looks a little worn. If you need your parcel to arrive in a brand new box please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.
We currently offer the following delivery options for UK addresses:
We use Royal Mail (2nd class) for our Standard Delivery and this should normally be with you within 4 – 7 working days. Depending on the size and value of your order it may be sent by courier, in which case a signature may be required on delivery. Sometimes delivery can take a little longer, please allow 15 working days for an order to arrive before contacting us via email or phone 0161 222 9889.
Upgrades to 1st class postage are £1.99 no matter the size, weight, or value of your order, so if you need it that little bit sooner (within 1 - 3 working days approx.) we've got you covered.
(Order cut-off 1pm) Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day delivers to 99%* of UK addresses by 1pm the next working day (Mon-Fri). All orders received after 1pm on a Thursday and before 1pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and received on Tuesday. This service is only available to orders weighing less than 2kg and all parcels must be signed for.
*In the following outlying postcodes delivery will be made by 5pm: AB30+, HS1, IV21-28, KA27+28, KW1, KW11-16, PA28-38, PA41-49, PA60+77, PH15, PH17-26, PH30-41, ZE1 and IV52.
Where possible we dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using the standard UK delivery services. If there is any restriction (e.g. due to parcel size/weight or estimated delivery time) we will contact you. It is therefore advisable to include a telephone contact number as well as a valid email address as a part of your order.
Due to size and weight limitations, the following postcodes may not be eligible for Special DeliveryTM or FREE delivery services:
AB, BT, IM, TR21-TR25, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, ZE, GY, JE.
If your order has any postal limitations, we will contact you by phone. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to work out the best possible solution for you.
We use Royal Mail Air Mail for the majority of our international orders. However, if your parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will choose the most appropriate courier option depending on the weight or value of your order.
Charges for delivery outside the UK are based on weight and start from as little as £3.00 Sterling. Your shopping cart will automatically work out the charge for you as you add items to your basket.

ROW: 7 – 10 working days
Often international delivery can take a little longer, please allow 20 working days for an order to arrive before contacting us via email or phone 0161 222 9889.
Please note that all prices on the KitschaGoGo website are in Pounds Sterling. When you pay with a credit card or PayPal you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The exchange rate used for the transaction (and therefore the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.
Import Tax: Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and KitschaGoGo is not responsible for them.
If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to KitschaGoGo or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to KitschaGoGo.
We are sure you will love your purchases, however if you change your mind for any reason, rest assured you can return them to us. All we ask is that you return the goods within 30 days of receipt and that all items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging intact (if any). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You can return a product within 30 days of the date you received it and we will refund you any money you have paid us for that product (excluding any postage paid). The product must be in ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and tags (if any). Simply email us for a returns label, attach the appropriate postage (non-refundable) and then contact us by telephone (0161 222 9889) or email us so we know to expect it.
If you return a product that is not in ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to either return the product to you, or reimburse you in gift tokens rather than refund your original payment method.
If you receive an item from us which is faulty or not what you ordered, please accept our apologies, we know how frustrating this is. Please contact us by telephone (0161 222 9889) or via email and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Upon receipt of faulty goods/orders, we will reimburse you for the return postage in full.

For all returns, we suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate (provided free) from your Post Office or use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery), as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Once we receive the item back, we will email you and process your refund.
Some products and services are excluded from this returns policy. These include food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.

We understand that although all our products are, to put it frankly, amazing, not everyone has the same taste or wants more than one of a particular item. Never fear. All Christmas orders which fall outside the normal 30 day guarantee (orders placed from 15th October onwards) are welcome back to us as long as they are unopened, in ‘as new’ condition and have all their packaging and tags intact (if any). Just let us know before 15th Jan and we’ll arrange its return.
Those pernickety recipients can also send their gifts back directly, however these will be reimburse via a KitschaGoGo gift voucher matching the value of the initial purchase (not including postage).
