products or services ("Products") on it means that you agree to our

Placing
an Order in any of the above ways means you are offering to buy the
Product for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you
place your Order online, we will automatically send you an email to
confirm we have received it. This email is for your information; it
confirms the price and delivery details, however it does not guarantee
that we can meet your Order. We then check availability. We strive to keep KitschaGoGo as up to date as possible and we only
offer products we actually have in stock. However we are only human
and can not guarantee that a particular Product will always be
available. If the
Product is available we will fulfil your Order without further
contact. If the Product is not available, we will contact you and
discuss your options.
KitschaGoGo reserves the right to cancel
any Order or discontinue any Products if it is reasonable to do so. If
an Order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Each new Order is deemed separate and is treated individually.
Price
The price for each Product in shown on KitschaGoGo.com and includes V.A.T. at the current rate and is quoted in Pounds Sterling.
We
do our best to make sure prices on KitschaGoGo.com are correct, but
we're only human and an error may occur. If we discover an error in
the pricing of a Product in your Order, we reserve the right to contact
you and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct
price or cancelling it completely. If we can't contact you using the
information you have given us we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If an Order is cancelled, any payment received for the Products will be refunded in full.
Payment
Cleared funds must be received for all Orders before they are dispatched. Payment can be made using the following methods: - Credit Card or PayPal
- Orders
may be processed online or by telephone using a credit or debit card or
PayPal. We aim to debit money from your account within one working day
from receiving your Order.
- Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to
minimise the possiblility of anyone being able to read them as they are
sent over the internet.
- Additional security checks may be made by your credit card company to confirm it is you making the Order.
- Non UK credit card companies should exchange the amount
charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Charges
and refunds are made in UK Pounds Sterling and KitschaGoGo cannot be
held responsible for loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Cheque or Postal Order
- UK cheques and Postal Orders are only accepted with prior agreement.
Availability
We strive to keep KitschaGoGo as up to date as possible and we only
offer products we actually have in stock. However we are only human
and can not guarantee that a particular Product will always be
available.
If your Order contains a Product that is not available we will contact
you immediately to discuss your options. If you're not happy with the
options presented you may cancel your Order and we will refund you in
full.
Delivery
KitschaGoGo delivers worldwide.
You will be advised of delivery costs on screen, before
you enter your credit card details, based on the delivery address you

If you are in a hard to reach area, or one of our 'exception' areas,
please contact us to discuss shipping options before placing your Order.
Non EU customers may be responsible for Import Duty or Tax in their
respective countries. KitschaGoGo is not liable for any additional
postage or import charges. Please consult your local customs office
for more information.
Returns
We are sure you will love your purchases, however if you change your
mind for any reason, rest assured you can return any item to us. All
we ask is that you return the goods within 14 days of receipt and that
all items must be in new
condition, with their original tags and packaging intact (if any).
In return, we will issue you a full refund of the price you paid for each item (excluding return postage).
