Delivery

All orders are picked and dispactched within 48 hours of full payment being received. We use Royal Mail for our UK standard delivery and this should be with you within 3 to 5 working days. Depending on the size and value of your order it may be sent by courier, in which case a signature may be required on delivery.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days please contact us via email or phone us on 0161 795 2090.

Orders with a value of less than £20.00 will incur a charge of £2.99. However if you spend £20.00 or more, delivery is FREE to a UK address. Charges for delivery outside the UK are based on the weight of the order and can be viewed in your basket before you checkout.

We also offer Special Delivery™ Next Day (by 1pm) to UK addresses. This costs £6.95 (irrespective of order value) and can be selected at checkout. All Special Delivery™ parcels must be signed for.

Delivery Restrictions

Due to size and weight limitations, the following postcodes may not be eligible for Special Delivery™ or FREE delivery services:

AB, BT, IM, TR21-TR25, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, ZE, GY, JE.

If your order has any postal limitations, we will contact you via phone. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to work out the best possible solution for you.

Returns

We are sure you will love your purchases, however if you change your mind for any reason, rest assured you can return any item to us. All we ask is that you return the goods within 14 days of receipt and that all items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging intact (if any).

In return, we will issue you a full refund of the price you paid for each item (excluding return postage).

If you have received any damaged or faulty items, please contact us via email and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
